Under the patronage of the Minister of Agriculture Dr. Nizar Hani and in collaboration with INVV, the The National Institute of Vine and Wine, this workshop will offer expert guidance on the importance of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing sustainability and efficiency in viticulture and winemaking. The workshop will be delivered by Dr. Yolla Ghorra Chamoun.
Dr. Chamoun, is a professor of viticulture, winemaking, and development of products from grapes at the Saint Joseph University (ESIAM).

-Evolution of AI in agriculture and sustainable wine production certification
-Understanding AI, prompt engineering, and practical tools like Plantnet, Plantix, OneSoil
-Smart sensors, monitoring, irrigation, disease forecasting, and robotics in vineyards
